Fixed

• Boss music and voice-over lines no longer fade out as the player moves away from the boss. They were delivered as positional sounds anchored at the player's position at send time, so any movement attenuated them to silence within roughly 16 to 20 blocks. They now play client-side with Attenuation.NONE, holding constant volume out to the full broadcast range.

Changed

• Boss audio delivery rewritten onto a dedicated RagnarokNetwork channel. ClientboundDirectSoundPacket (voice lines) and ClientboundBossMusicPacket (music start and stop, keyed by boss UUID) drive non-attenuated client-side SimpleSoundInstances through ClientSoundHandler, replacing the per-player positional ClientboundSoundPacket approach.
• Voice-line broadcast range raised from 96 to 160 blocks to match boss music, so dialogue carries well past the arena.
