Changed

• SyncConfigToServerPacket now requires player permission level of 4 instead of 2
  • Tighter restriction is appropriate since editing server configs of mods is a server admin task, not game master
• The item selector GUI in JEI mode now ignores items in the c:hidden_from_recipe_viewers item tag

Fixed

• Fixed a regression in entity face icon loader causing some non-vanilla entity faces to not work
