Added

• Support for webp image format, including animated .webp files
  • Added a WebPIcon class for static webp image display
  • Added a AnimatedImageWidget class to allow animated webp files to be embedded in GUIs
• Added IconRenderer#isAspectRatioResolved method to handle icons which are async-loaded (e.g. the new WebPIcon)
• Deprecated URLImageIcon since the base ImageIcon can do everything that class did
• Added "resize" and "pause" icons
• Added BaseValue#fromFileOnly method
  • Can be applied to config values which may not be edited via GUI on client
  • Such values can only be read from the config file
  • Although client config sync'ing requires player permission lvl 4, this is an extra defensive layer

Changed

• CurrencyProvider abstraction layer now uses longs instead of ints
  • This is an API break! FTB XMod Compat 26.1.2.6 or later is needed to work with this
• Reworked image discovery to be properly texture-atlas-aware
  • The benefit here is that all textures atlases are properly scanned, and useful information like image aspect ratios are available
  • This will be of particular use to FTB Quests

Fixed

• Adjusted modal panel drawing in BaseScreen so it's again safe to override drawForeground without need to call super()
