FSang True Symbioses

This adds a function for the Symbiote which allows a symbiote to change the Control for making the floating head appear, and it adds a way for the symbiote to interact with the outside world without interfereing with the Host's body. while the symbiote is bonded to a host, the symbiote can press the key for Ability 2 and then they can break and interact with blocks and even pick them up to give to the Host.
