What's new

Fixes the "failed to load a valid ResourcePackInfo" warning on Forge 1.20.1: the jar was missing pack.mcmeta, which Forge 1.20.1 requires to register a mod as a resource pack. No behaviour change otherwise.

This mod has no additional files
