Fog Looks Fixed Now

This is a fork of Fog Looks Modern Now for Forge 1.20.1 that fixes two issues:

• Fixes issue #5 where trying to add entries to biomeFogMap would cause a game crash.
• Fixes an issue where walking under solid blocks would cause a cave fog to appear. Now the cave fog will only appear if the skylight at camera position is 0, fixing the issue with cave fog appearing when on the surface.
