 Highlights

- Fixed stale fall damage when landing from FCF safety glide or exhausted glide.
- Added Forgiving Flight, enabled by default.
- Forgiving Flight gives 0.3 seconds / 6 ticks of protection after powered FCF flight hands off to vanilla elytra glide.
- Forgiving Flight covers fall damage and vanilla elytra fly-into-wall kinetic damage during that window.
- Fixed Mod Menu option text clipping near headers and footer buttons.
- Added draggable Mod Menu scrollbar support.
- Standardized default flight feel/config across maintained version lines.
