A new bugfix 1.16.4 release, mostly containing bugfixes. Ported from the 1.12 version
NEW:
- Added new config option to specify how to handle enchantments on armor.
FIXED:
- Fixed amor and armor thoughness attributes that were not backed by any armor item not appling. They will now be applied to any damage done to any part
- Fixed hits that affect multiple armor regions applying amor multiple times
- Fixed enchantment modifiers being applied to absolute damage
