Patches the "infinite gas" bug in Advanced Generators for 1.12.

The Gas Intake Valve for the Gas Turbine has a little quirk where it can just... duplicate gas.

The bug was reported and closed as "won't fix".

This mod fixes that.

Any bugs, report here, not to Advanced Generators.
