Fighting Progression is a Minecraft Java Fabric mod that lets each sword level up individually as you fight. You can spend Sword XP on upgrades like durability, XP multipliers, Looting+, Life Steal, Whirlwind, Flame Breath, Earth Breaker, and Atomic.
Fighting Progression is a Fabric Minecraft Java mod that adds per-sword combat progression. Every sword has its own Sword XP, upgrades, durability bonuses, and unlocked abilities, so the weapon you use is the weapon that grows stronger.
Earn Sword XP by killing mobs, then open the upgrade menu with V while holding your sword. Spend Sword XP on upgrades like Durability, Sword XP Multiplier, Player XP, Looting+, Life Steal, Whirlwind, Earth Breaker, and Atomic. If your sword has Fire Aspect, the Flame Breath upgrade appears in the menu.
Keybinds:
- V: Open Fighting Progression menu
- B: Open Mob Drop Bag menu
- R: Whirlwind
- G: Flame Breath
- H: Earth Breaker
- J: Atomic
Abilities include animated effects, sound effects, cooldowns, and HUD cooldown tracking. Whirlwind slashes enemies in front of you, Flame Breath sprays fire without destroying terrain, Earth Breaker launches nearby enemies with a ground slam, and Atomic unleashes a massive high-damage crater explosion.
The mod also adds a Mob Drop Bag that stores mob drops automatically, can be toggled on or off, upgraded for more storage, opened by right-clicking, and includes a visual crafting recipe inside its menu.
