[FVTM] Fex's Vehicle and Transportation Mod

- updated code to use V3F in place of Vec3f
- replaced TMT spheres with FRL spheres
- added implementation to FCL's M4DW
- replaced TMT debug/info models with FRL ones
- (1.20) removed outdated calls to line render type
- removed JTMT Model Loader
- moved BEOModelLoader core to FCL (CompactParserBEO)
- updated FMFParser/FMFModelLoader to use only FRL
- updated SMP-TB (uncompiled) Model Loader to use only FRL
- removed Lift 2024 Java Model
- replaced FuelFuller `.fmf` with `.bob` model
- added `InternalModels` class
- replaced RoadMarker Java model with `.bob` model
- removed unused OldObjModelLoader
- removed remaining references to TMT
- (1.20) moved model init to FMLClientSetup
- (1.20) updated rail preview lines to be rendered like road preview lines
