Fences placed on a bottom slab sit on the slab, and fences half a block apart join with a sloped bar. Works with every fence, vanilla or modded.

Description
Fence Slopes makes fences work with slabs.
- A fence placed on a bottom slab drops half a block and stands on the slab (collision and outline move with it; stacked fences keep the offset).
- Fences whose rails are half a block apart (ground to slab, slab to the next block up, slab staircases) are joined by a sloped bar.
Works with every fence, vanilla or modded. Vanilla connection rules are unchanged. No new blocks or items.
