Increasing minimum hunger so you don't have trouble sprinting.

Keeps hunger at or above 3.5, so you don't get the frustrating inability to sprint when below 3 hunger.

This was made with Harvestcraft in mind since it now nerfs food hunger values, meaning you're more likely to be rendered unable to sprint from low hunger.
