Sable & Create Addon: Adds research experiments inspired by Kerbal Space Program
Aero Science Program is a simple Sable (Create Aeronautics) addon which adds mission-like objectives to give players reasons to make different kinds of simulated contraption. It is loosely inspired by the science mechanics in Kerbal Space Program.
It adds one block: the Research Probe, which contains a random Experiment. Each Experiment, each with their own theme, consists of a series of stages and conditions for the block to complete while it's mounted on a simulated contraption. For example:
Deep Ocean Pressure Gauge
Must: start above y = 62 m
Then: descend below y = 20 m, for 30 seconds
While: underwater
While: in a Ocean biome
When complete, the Research Probe can be interacted with to reset and reward the player with Experience (by default).
Experiments are data-driven, and documentation can be found on the mod's Github.
