Fashion Framework: Modern Apparel

Adds typical modern clothing to the game as skin layers, as regular armour looks too thick.

Allows for skin customisation in a gameplay friendly way.

All clothing is dyeable (other than the sunglasses).

This mod is intended to be used with Cosmetic Armor Reworked.
