This license is intentionally generic and may be used across multiple projects
published by p1kacat.

1. LIMITED SOFTWARE USE
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:
- Download official release files of the Software.
- Install and run unmodified binaries of the Software.
- Keep local backup copies for personal use.

2. MODPACK DISTRIBUTION PERMISSION
You may include unmodified official binaries of the Software in private or public
modpacks, launcher profiles, and server/client packs, provided that all conditions
below are met:
- Original file identity (name and contents) is unchanged.
- Clear credit is given to the original project name and to "p1kacat".
- A visible link to the official project page or repository is provided.
- You do not present the Software as your own work.

3. ONLINE CONTENT PERMISSION
You may create and publish online content featuring the Software, including videos,
livestreams, screenshots, clips, and social media posts. Monetization of this
content (ad revenue, platform revenue share, tips, sponsorships for the content
itself) is allowed.

4. SOURCE CODE ACCESS
If source code is publicly visible, this visibility does not grant an open-source
license. You may read the code for audit and compatibility review only.

5. STRICT PROHIBITIONS
Unless you have prior written permission from p1kacat, you may NOT:
- Reupload or mirror source code of the Software.
- Redistribute modified binaries of the Software.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works for distribution.
- Copy code, assets, architecture, or implementation details into another project.
- Publish forks or alternative builds for public distribution.
- Use project name, icon, branding, or identity to present another project.
- Use code/assets/datasets of the Software to train or improve AI/ML systems.

6. COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE RESTRICTIONS
Commercial exploitation of the Software itself is prohibited without prior written
permission, including paid downloads, paywalled binary access, bundled resale,
or software-as-a-service based on the Software.

7. CONTRIBUTIONS
Any contribution submitted to a project under this license (pull request, patch,
or code snippet) is granted to p1kacat with a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
royalty-free right to use, modify, and redistribute that contribution under this
license or a future license chosen by p1kacat.

8. TERMINATION
Any violation immediately and automatically terminates all rights granted by this
license. Upon termination, you must stop all use and delete all copies under your
control.

9. NO WARRANTY / LIABILITY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
