FarSight is built to make the world visible much farther away while keeping the game smooth and playable.
FarSight is designed to make distant terrain always readable and immersive, giving a true sense of scale beyond the usual visual horizon. The mod enhances long-range world visibility while maintaining smooth performance, with fast chunk generation, making exploration, base building, and navigation feel natural and seamless in large worlds.
Current state: FarSight is still in active development. Smooth blending between LoD terrain and fully loaded chunks isn’t finalized yet, so some visual artifacts may appear temporarily (holes, harsh edges, or occasional water/terrain glitches).
