-particles now lose some velocity everytime they bounce off a wall
-changed the default value for max particle duration to 55 ticks
-adjusted particle rotation speeds
-adjusted the random fading speed
-fixed particles not rotated when switched back to random rotation
-fixed unpushable particles after certain time with Entity Collision enabled
-fixed particles getting affected by water when next to water
