-added automatic detection for blocks that can't be animated
-rewrote and optimized fancy weather
-minor changes to the placement animation
-fancy weather is now compatible with ViveCraft mod
-disabled placement animation for double plant blocks
-fixed sometimes more than one placement animation playing at once
-fixed placement animation not finishing when repeatedly replacing a replaceable block with itself (grass for example)
-fixed blocks disappearing after the animation
-fixed exception config files not resetting after removing and reloading
