Update to the wastelands fabric build for 19w02a
Includes some minor fixes.
To run on the dedicated server, generate your world in single player (with wastelands, or Buffet+Wastelands) and copy to the world folder on the server (or at least the level.dat). (at preset it is not possible to make a wasteland world directly on the dedicated server)
This jar was verified with:
* fabric-loader: 19w02a.20-0.3.2.93
* fabric: 0.1.4.71
