Stops Mekanism Fission Reactors and Draconic Evolution Draconic Reactors from exploding — until players decide otherwise.

When a monitored reactor is about to explode, this mod intercepts the detonation and broadcasts the message:

"核电，轻而易举啊！"

If any player then types "坏了坏了", the originally-intercepted explosion will finally occur.

Intercepted explosion data is not saved. Restarting the server will cancel any pending explosion.
