--ALPHA 4.0 EXPECT BUGS--

Needs lots of testing! please report any bugs to the GitHub repo!

• New GUI!
• You can now search by blocks to muffle their sounds (note that this is just for convenience and many blocks share sounds).
• Muffling full mods is now an option in the GUI instead of just a config.
• You can (optionally) keep a global list of muffled sounds in .minecraft now, which will share between all instances (doesn't work for anchors as expected).
• Anchors are not limited to 10 anymore, you can have as many as you want (could be laggy having too many so be careful).
• In Anchors you'll have an option to muffle EVERYTHING in case you need a pocket of silence.
• Another thing I probably forgot.

Old saved muffled sounds lists and anchors SHOULD transfer, but can't guarantee, you may need to re do them.
Translations are broken as many things were removed and added; PRs are welcome.
