Multiple enchantments, such as Explosion and Fulmination, are added to Minecraft to create a more powerful feel for enchantments. Most enchantments are rare, but bring lots more explosive, action-packed gameplay when fighting. Curses are also added, making combat just a little harder. At one point you're steady on your feet, and in two seconds you're flying.

Enchantments
Charge Up - With a .5% chance, you will get weakness for 3 hits, then strength 2 for one swing.
Empowerment - Gives you a chance to get strength randomly.
Explosion - Allows your sword to make a damage-less explosion.
Fulmination - Summons a lightning bolt at your opponent.
Icicle - 5% chance of giving your enemy slowness.
Toxicity - May or may not say something that may or may not be against who you may or may not killing.
Medics Aid - When at less than two hearts, you are given .5 - 1 hearts.
Haste Escape - Gives you haste when at two or less hearts
Fleet Foot - When at two or less hearts, your boots will give you a speed boost
Curses
Bad Doings - Has a chance of giving you unluck, or bad luck.
Slowness Curse - Can give you slowness.
Levitation Curse - Can may you fly while in combat.
Keeps track of how many times you have consecutively hit an entity without being hurt.
