Explorercraft - First 1.17.1 version released!

Patch 5.0.1:
+ Improved Thick bamboo generation and re-added features, like being destroyed by a sword fast and destroying all blocks if base is gone.
+ Added Bamboo and Cherry Panel blocks, a new block type that is placed similar to a door but without any functionality. (Might not keep or rework into something else, let me know)
+ Recipe using both bamboo planks and cherry planks

- Fixed a bug stopping the mod from booting up with latest forge.
