Small bugfix update.
- Updated pelican wings to make them square.
- Fixed a few issues with item tags on tamed animals.
- Updated Spanish and Russian lang files. Added Japanese (thanks TKMT_Aniki)

- Removed phoenix health regeneration. It was causing some server/client syncing issues. You'll have to resort to using splash potions of healing on them. (After all they are pretty strong)
- Updated the shadow size on some of the birds.

- Ostriches can now step up 1-high blocks.

- Fixed a dodgy wing rotation on the crane.

- Optimised the flight code for the woodpecker.

- Damage sounds! An incorrect function was being called so the birds were resorting to the default sounds - this is now fixed!
- Seeds can be used instead of gold nuggets to bribe magpies.

- The spawn rate comments in the config were incorrect. These have now been fixed.
