Everything RGB Profiles License

This is a source-available license, not an open-source one. You can read the
code, change it for yourself and help improve it, but you cannot share or
re-upload the mod or versions of it. The full terms are below.
1. Definitions
"The Mod" means Everything RGB Profiles: its source code, compiled builds,
default profile files, images, documentation and every other file in this
repository or in a release of it, except the Third-Party Components listed in
section 6.
"Official Sources" means the Mod's own project pages on Modrinth and
CurseForge, and the releases page of its GitHub repository.
2. What you may do
a. Download the Mod from an Official Source and use it, including in videos,
streams and screenshots, whether or not those are monetised.
b. Include the Mod in a modpack published anywhere, as long as the modpack
does not contain or re-host the Mod's files and instead has them downloaded
from an Official Source when the pack is installed. For example:
- a modpack on Modrinth or CurseForge that uses the Mod's project page on
that platform;
- a packwiz (or similar) modpack, hosted on GitHub or anywhere else, whose
entry for the Mod points to a download on an Official Source.
Committing, bundling or mirroring the Mod's jar inside the modpack itself,
or in the modpack's repository, counts as redistribution under section 3a.
c. Read and study the source code, change it, and build changed versions for
your own personal use.
d. Fork the repository on GitHub in order to contribute changes back to the
Mod through pull requests.
3. What you may not do without written permission from the copyright holders
a. Redistribute the Mod, in compiled or source form, changed or unchanged,
except as section 2 allows. This includes uploading it to any website,
launcher or file host other than the Official Sources.
b. Publish, share or distribute a changed version of the Mod, or any other
work that copies a substantial part of its source code or files.
c. Sell the Mod, charge for access to it, or put it behind a paywall.
d. Present the Mod, or any part of it, as your own work, or misrepresent
where it came from.
4. Contributions
If you submit a contribution to the Mod (for example, a pull request), you
confirm that you have the right to submit it, and you grant the copyright
holders a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable
license to use, change, distribute and sublicense it as part of the Mod, under
this license or any later license the Mod is released under.
5. Ending of rights
If you break the terms of this license, the rights it gives you end
automatically.
6. Third-party components
The following files are not part of the Mod for the purposes of this license
and are not licensed by it. They remain the property of their owners and are
covered by their owners' own terms.
- iCUESDK.x64_2019.dll (the Corsair iCUE SDK runtime), copyright Corsair and
its licensors, included unmodified so the Mod can talk to Corsair hardware.
7. Trademarks and affiliation
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Corsair, iCUE, Razer, Razer
Chroma, Logitech, G HUB, SteelSeries, OpenRGB and Terraria are trademarks of
their respective owners. They are named only to describe what the Mod works
with or takes inspiration from. The Mod is not an official Minecraft product
and is not approved by or associated with Mojang, Microsoft or any of those
companies.
8. No warranty
THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MOD
OR THE USE OF OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MOD, INCLUDING ANY EFFECT ON LIGHTING
HARDWARE OR THE SOFTWARE THAT CONTROLS IT.
