Eternal Winter is a small mod that enables snow in every biome.
For clients and modpacks
Just download and add the mod and enjoy!
For servers
If this mod should be used server side only, you may consult the coremod in addition to this mod to display snow instead of rain on the client. It can be found here
To circumvent the coremod (which may break things), just install this mod on the server and on the client.

Yes, you can change this by editing the config and removing river from the blacklist

Hi! Is there a way to make snow everytime, non-stopping?

When you start up a world, run "/weather rain" and then "/gamerule DoWeatherCycle false", and it'll snow forever.
Can i use this in my modpack?
Do you know of a way I can make snow appear in a world that's already generated? I know there's some way to reload the map to make structures from a newly-downloaded mod appear on squares of a world that's already been generated, but I'm not sure if doing that will remove all blocks that were placed or broken by the player after the world was initially generated.
Is there any way to make it so it only snows in the overworld? Or should I just input every biome into the config list for that to work? Also what are the biome ids for your config files?
Config options like biome specification and the option for it to be a chance over rain (like X% of the time it rains in Y biome, it snows).

Also is it possible to make it so you can choose which biomes experience snow? so like if someone wanted to turn snow off in a desert or a plains biome?
