- Add a command to fix your knowledge (/cleanknowledge), if you are affected by the item learning bug described below
- Fix weirdness around tile entities that dynamically respond to Item Capabilities (Eg, EnderIO pipes not recognizing that the Transmutation Chamber is a valid Item source)
- Fix an issue where items were being learned incorrectly by the Transmutation Chamber (ignoring Damage, etc)
- Fix an incompatibility with ProjectE 1.3.0 (by adding a special build) (fixes #1)
