Made the Clipboard functional (click a horse with it to view information)

/swem hv shoe (shoe) - VET KEY ONLY, gives the player the specified shoe they want (like the vaccines)

/swem horse remove brand - OP ONLY, removes the brand from the horse

/swem brand delete (brand) - OP ONLY, deletes a brand from the brand list completely

EDITED ILLNESSES:
Arthritis may be completely prevented if a player uses an Ice Pack on their horse once a week.
Laminitis should now also be treated by the horse wearing Heart Bar Shoes - no shoes even with anti-inflammatory pills means symptoms will show. (Remember Laminitis is not curable). Laminitis should still be completely random, but it may be completely prevented if a player uses an Ice Pack on their horse once a week.
White Line should now also be treated by the horse wearing Egg Bar Shoes for 7 days ALONGSIDE the original 7 days of Thrush Buster.
Navicular should now also be treated by the horse wearing Egg Bar Shoes - no shoes even with pain relief pills and injections means symptoms will show. (Remember Navicular is not curable).

When clicking into empty air with a regular horse shoe or syringe item, a menu or chat box should pop up for the player to select what type of horse shoe or vaccine they want their item to be.

Known Issues:

"V" to open the Vet GUI no longer works, use the Base SWEM menu to open until fixed

Horse gender in clipboard and vet menu doesn't show up

When clicking into the air with an empty syringe, selection menu doesn't show up

No items have a durability bar

Recipes for new items do not work
