What's new

Added a new setting: 

-fastRunStartStepAnimation, which can disable the automatic step animation when manually entering FastRun.

Added new Gliders compatibility:
-fixed the animation bug where FastRun would play the running animation while using the glider.

-Added support for using Gliders during the Phantom Ascent double jump.
