- Made the block-state cache thread-safe: the write path is synchronized, reads use a lock-free acquire/release version check, and cache probing is bounded.
- Fixes rare stale/racing cache reads when chunks are accessed concurrently (e.g. modded multi-threaded entity/chunk code).
