Enhanced Mob Variants

Added:
- Config to turn custom mob textures off
- Added every varaint to every version
- Added a spawning config Random vs Uniform, random spawns mobs in groups with any texture. Uniform makes mobs from the same spawn group use the same texture
- The spawning config also works for breeding when you breed a mob it can get any texture on random but on uniform it always gets one of the parents textures

- Baby Variant Textures

Fixed:
- Persistance after relog
- People in mutliplayer not seeing the same textures on each mob
