Enhanced Hoppers

By using the simple commands:

/hopperspeed <tick> changes the speed of items going through (lower value is better)

/hoppertransferrate <item count> changes the amount of items going through per tick

This mod is only required on the server side, but if you wish to use the mod on a singleplayer world, adding to the client is necessary.
