Engineer's Decor: Community NeoForge Port

Engineer's Decor: Community NeoForge Port is an unofficial,
community-maintained port of Engineer's Decor for Minecraft 1.21.1
and NeoForge.

This port updates the original Forge codebase to current NeoForge APIs
while preserving the existing mod ID for world compatibility.

The original project was created by Stefan Wilhelm (wile/stfwi), with
later community ports and contributions by Waffle919185, Hojosa, and
other contributors recorded in the Git history.

This project is distributed under the MIT License. Source code, license,
attribution, releases, and issue tracking are available on GitHub.

This port is not maintained or endorsed by the original authors, Mojang,
Microsoft, NeoForged, or the Immersive Engineering project.
