• Item descriptions for most functional blocks and items

Changes:

• Twisted moss perishes into endstone when in contact with water
• Twisted moss no longer dies if the block above it is solid
• Twisted coral will occasionally grow roots when it grows back, making roots renewable
• Twisted roots are craftable into twisted coral
• Shiftlings and perished shiftlings could crash the game if spawned at a player's location
• Sacrificing could apply hexes to the wrong players on servers
• Shooting yourself with an arrow with the vwooping enchantment could crash the game
• Made frisbooms stackable to 16
