Fixed an error in my comparator update code that allowed it to sometimes run in a non thread safe manner.

This would cause seemingly random mod issues, without any useful troubleshooting information.

For example the 'Thermal Expansion Arcane Ensorcellator' became unusable as none of its output recipes load
