- Implemented middle click + dragging in creative mode in the EnU inventories
- Fix the mod teleporting methods being broken when teleporting out from the End (this was apparently broken by a Forge change a long time ago...)
- Fix the Reusable Ender Pearl disappearing, if the thrower dies from the impact fall damage
