- Reworked wormhole teleport request system:
- Now uses chat messages instead of action bar messages

- Is now much more performant
- Has a higher chance of landing the player underground
- Reverted brewing recipe back to using an ender pearl instead of chorus fruit
- No longer uses a config API, settings are now configured via game rules:
- Random teleport radius
- Random teleport max height
- Random teleport underground chance
- Wormhole teleport request timeout
