Bug Fixes

Fixed Conduit Crafting Recipes: The tier 1 source conduit can now be crafted in a crafting table, and the tier 2 source conduit can be obtained by upgrading the tier 1 conduit in the Enchanting Apparatus. Previously the recipes were set up incorrectly and the conduits could not be crafted.
