Enchantment Limiter Unofficial

An unofficial NeoForge port of Enchantment Limiter for Minecraft 1.21.1. It limits enchantments by an item’s available enchantment-point budget.

• Configure base points, item enchantability scaling, per-enchantment costs, and custom item caps.
• Applies the limit to items and enchanted books while preserving stored book enchantments.
• Shows total points used in tooltips and individual enchantment costs while holding Shift.
• Reads the legacy extraEnchantPoints custom-data value for compatibility.
