This mod adds an enchantment that has the ability to drop a random enchantment book after killing any mob (including enchantments from other mods, as long as they are in-game)

specifically: this mod adds an enchant called "Drop Enchantment" and it has 5 levels, each level adds 2.5% chance to drop a random enchant book (not including itself) when killing a mob (if you install mods and have enchants in those mods, this enchant will also have a chance to drop the enchants of those mods)

how to get and information:
-The enchant "Drop Enchantment" has a chance to appear in the enchantment table with a rarity of RARE, which means it's quite difficult for you to find it in the enchantment table unless you're really lucky (its rarity is the same as enchantments like Looting etc.)
-Drop Enchantment has 5 levels, each level increases it by 2.5% chance to drop an enchantment book, at level 5, the chance of killing a mob to drop an enchantment book is 12.5%, quite high to compensate for the difficulty of finding it in the table enchantment (note: it does not drop itself, meaning you cannot expect to have a drop rate for "Drop Enchantment" enchant books)

Config: you can find Config and add the types of enchantment books that you don't want to drop when killing mobs to avoid dropping too strong enchantment books that affect the game experience.
