Changes:

-Curses no longer take up enchantment slots

 

Known Issues:

-When playing on a server the enchanting table will lie to you if you place lapis lazuli after you placed in the item you would like to enchant. (Easy way to circumvent this is to place the lapis lazuli before placing the item you want to enchant)
