Additions:
-Added Configuration options for the Unbreaking enchantment (You need to delete your old config file)
Changes:
-The Frost Walker enchantment now allows entities to walk on powdered snow. (Note however that frostwalker will not keep entities warm when inside a powdered snow block!)
-Made Unbreaking much much (default config settings) stronger as it was too weak to be relevant.
