Enable ragdolls 4.1.0 - Stability and performance fix

Fixed
- Bodies no longer rotate on their own after dying. The model is now drawn using the real transform of each frame instead of the one captured at death.
- Removed the artificial forward push, hop and spin that were applied to every death. Only the mob's real momentum is kept, with a safe limit.
- Fixed bodies freezing in mid-air when the simulation became unstable. The body now recovers its last good state and keeps simulating. If it becomes unstable three times, the ragdoll is disabled for that mob and the normal death returns.
- Bodies can no longer fall asleep while standing or hanging: they sleep only after 15 ticks with every bone almost still.
- Depenetration (getting pushed out of blocks) no longer turns into launch speed.

Physics and collision
- The central bone is now the bone closest to the middle of the body (the torso), not the biggest one. Limbs and head attach to the torso.
- Tiny parts (nose, ears and similar) no longer become separate rigid bodies. They follow the nearest bone, which removes most jitter.
- Stable inertia and capped corrections per step.
- If the center of a bone ends up inside a block, it is pushed out immediately.
- Fences, walls and other blocks taller than one block now collide.
- Softer body-to-body collision, momentum-aware joint damping and a weaker bounce.

Performance
- Bones with no solid block nearby skip collision tests.
- Two time limits per tick: above 2.5 ms detail drops, above 6 ms the body waits for the next tick.
- Default maximum of simultaneous ragdolls lowered from 24 to 12, and maximum distance from 72 to 56 blocks.
- Fewer collision points per body, and the extra render flush only happens when a ragdoll was actually drawn.

Requires Minecraft 1.20.1 and Forge 47.3.0+. Install on both client and server.
