Updated to NeoForge 26.3.0.7-beta and Fabric API 0.161.0.

Changed

• Detail distance now tells you when far terrain is being drawn coarser than the setting asks for.
• Far terrain draws faster.
• The mod comes as one file for both NeoForge and Fabric.

Fixed

• Detail distance no longer shows its name twice on the settings screen opened from the mod list.
• Far terrain keeps its texture into the distance when you look along the ground at a shallow angle.
• Far terrain draws whole on Vulkan, with no gaps or columns through distant hills.
