EMI for Create

Added

• Sequenced assembly steps from Create add-ons — assembly sequences whose steps come from another Create-based mod are now displayed correctly, with the right machine shown for each generic step.

Fixed

• Create produce chances now survive JEI — output chances are read straight from Create's recipes and applied to the EMI recipe tree even when the recipes are provided through JEI's bridge, so the bill of materials budgets the failure rate in every setup.
• Mechanical Crafting recipes no longer leak into the automated crafting categories — the crafting automation categories are now filtered by recipe type, so Mechanical Crafting recipes only appear in their own category.
• The ≈/= chance mode toggle only shows up on recipe trees that actually contain a chanced output, instead of appearing on every tree.
