With Emblems you can turn Mobs neutral, just that, is too simple, to make it fair you can only have one emblem at a time.

to get this emblem you have to kill Enderman and the probability to get the item is 1/32
Piglin Emblem:
to get this emblem you have to kill Piglin Brute and the probability to get the item is 1/16
