Elytra Contrails

Huge update!

Changes:

Render system completely rewritten, much more performance (thanks Flamgop!)

Server Communication:
If the mod is installed server-side (or the spigot plugin coming soon), players with the mod can see eachother's customized trails! also they can see eachother twirling!
there are options on the client to disable sending trail information,

Added many new config options for trails:
- Enable Trail Toggle
- Translucent Trail Toggle
- Wireframe Trail Toggle
- Glowing Trail Toggle
- Delay First Person Trail
- Trail Color
- Trail Alpha
- Trail Fade-in toggle/distance
- Trail Pride Flag Texture! Select from many provided textures. Resource packs can define new ones too!
- Global toggle for all trails
- Global toggle for twirling
- Global toggle for ignoring minimum trail speed when twirling
- Toggle for twirling camera in first/third person (motion sickness. fishy made me add this)
- Toggle for logging trail creation/deletion
- Toggle for shaders forcing glowing to be turned on
- Button to clear all trails

Trail Presets:
- Comes with 6 presets, but players can create as many as they want! Resource packs can also define new presets.

Trail options can be applied to yourself, or as defaults for other players.
