Added back the 'boost' mechanism from 1.12.2, but made some changes:
The boost has a speed cap as well (by default higher than sprinting speed cap).
The boosting process is distributed into 3 ticks to make it less blunt.
Cooldown time is introduced.

 

Also, sprinting and boosting have higher hunger costs as the price for higher speed.

 

Related variables can be configured in 'world/serverconfig' as before.
