Elenai Dodge 2

From 1.18.2, Elenai Dodge requires Feathers. All older versions do not.

Changelog:

- Moved the feathers system to another mod, allowing other developers to use it, without needing the dodge mechanic too

- Added animations! The player now dive-rolls when dodging. If you prefer the old way, this can be disabled in the config

- Made dodging more responsive

- Updated to 1.19.2
